Lloyds Banking Group is one of the UK’s largest corporate donors, it uses its scale to reach people in communities across the country. Its four independent charitable Foundations, which cover the whole of the UK and the Channel Islands, are critical to its vision of tackling social disadvantage by partnering with local charities to help overcome complex social issues and rebuild lives.
In 2024 alone, Lloyds Banking Group contributed £35.2 million to its Foundations.

Bank of Scotland Foundation
Bank of Scotland has been making a significant impact on Scotland’s most vulnerable communities since 2010.
Through its Grant Programmes and Matched Giving Programme for Lloyds Banking Group colleagues in Scotland, it has provided almost £37million of funding to over 2,600 charities enabling over 1.5 million people to access much needed local services and personal support.

The Halifax Foundation for Northern Ireland is funded by the profits of Lloyds Banking Group and receives 0.5% of the Group’s pre-tax profits. In 2023, the Foundation has committed £1.5million worth of grants, supported 384 charities, and benefitted 203,000 people.
