Hana has been a Trustee since August 2023.
She is a Counsel at Mourant, an offshore law firm. Her current areas of practice are contentious and non-contentious employment law advising both global and local companies. Hana advises individuals and businesses relocating or starting up in Guernsey on visas, immigration matters, employment permits, and Guernsey policy residence certificates.
Hana is a regular speaker on employment related matters, contributor to articles, and provider of training to clients with regards to employment law.
Hana is also a Board Member of Guernsey Employment Trust, a St Andrew’s Douzaine Member, an Institute of Directors Guernsey Committee Member, and a Guernsey Women in Public Life Advisor.
