Sarah Bamford MBE
Prior to that worked with mentally and physically disabled as a physiotherapist and latterly a teacher on Guernsey. Awarded MBE in 1998 for services to disabled on Guernsey. With others started Guernsey Specials Gym Club, the You Can Do It Foundation (provides activity holidays for disabled young people) Volunteer.gg (a charity which aims to provide more volunteers for charities).  Retired from full time work 2005, and now Founder and Chairman of GO (Giving opportunities to Guernsey's young people by training them for work), a large Social Enterprise Project.
