Trustee of the Foundation since August 2023. Hana is a Senior Associate at Mourant, an offshore law firm. Hana’s current areas of practice are contentious and non-contentious employment law advising both global and local companies. Hana advises individuals and businesses relocating or starting up in Guernsey on visas, immigration matters, employment permits, and Guernsey policy residence certificates. Hana is a regular speaker on employment related matters, contribute to articles and provides training to clients with regards to employment law. Hana is a Board Member of Guernsey Employment Trust, a St Andrew’s Douzaine Member, an Institute of Directors Guernsey Committee Member, and a Guernsey Women in Public Life Advisor.
