Aaron joined the Foundation in October 2025.
Aaron is a qualified youth worker and community development officer with over 15 years of experience across frontline practice and service leadership and oversight. Originally from North Wales, he holds a BA (Hons) in Youth and Community Studies and a DipHE in Youth Studies from the University of Wales, professionally qualifying as a youth worker in 2009. His career has spanned universal youth provision and targeted work with young people affected by substance use, homelessness, and care experience. Aaron has led teams and overseen services with a focus on trauma-informed practice, strategic delivery, and youth voice. He brings a pragmatic approach to systems change, grounded in the belief that young people deserve stability, respect, and the opportunity to shape their own paths.
