Eriko joined the Foundation as a Board Apprentice in January 2026.
Eriko works in International Private Banking at Lloyds Banking Group, driving growth by supporting international clients in finding the right solutions for their finances.
Previously, Eriko supported growth strategy at the Tokyo branch. With experience across the UK and Japan, she brings a global outlook and a commitment to inclusion, innovation, and client success.
She is responsible for the delivery of events for the Lloyds Philanthropy Circle—an initiative that empowers clients to align their wealth with purpose through expert insights, events, and peer connections.
Born in London and raised in Japan, Eriko studied piano at the Royal College of Music and is proud to champion values of respect, integrity, and gratitude.
