Stuart joined Lloyds Bank International in January 2024 as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Crown Dependencies, before relocating to Guernsey with his family in October 2024 to take on the additional role of Country Head. With over two decades of experience in financial services, Stuart has worked across diverse client segments in both the UK and Crown Dependencies. Stuart is recognised for his composed leadership, underpinned by deep expertise as a strategist and thought leader in cultural transformation. He is passionate about building inclusive, client-obsessed environments that foster collaboration and deliver sustainable, shared success.
